Individual Bios
Jeff Christian – Owner and Senior Networking Field Technician
Jeff started in the networking field in 2007 as a technician through a regional enterprise HughesNet distributor. Between 2007 and 2016, he either consistently met or surpassed national quality metrics set by HughesNet. He earned the award for “Tech of the Year” at the annual Hughes HITS Conference by achieving the top marks in each of the categories.
Since developing JLC Communications in 2016, Jeff has been able to branch into the residential side of networking and expand his enterprise experience through work with CrossCom and other networking companies. In addition to commercial and residential networking, he is skilled in TV and video wall installation, digital signage, and security and smart device installation.
Kristie Alsteen – Associate Field Tech and Website Developer
Kristie graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in 2012 with a Website Development Associates Degree.
She joined JLC Communications in January 2018.
